a) Right to be informed: Right to be protected against fraudulent, misleading, and deceitful information or advertisement or labeling

b) Right to safety: Right to be protected against against the marketing of goods that are hazardous to public health.

c) Right to Choose: Right to be assured wherever possible to a variety of goods and services at competitive prices with satisfactory quality.

e) Right to be heard: Right to get fair, inexpensive, and quick redressal of grievances.
